Called ahead, drove 3 hours for a truck they said was available and they would have ready for us only to get there and be told there isn't good communicate between departments and the truck was already sold the day prior. Management then told us they have sold trucks out from underneath people even though the other buyers put 20,000 down on the truck. This dealership has no integrity.
The service rep. Noe, was very polite, responsive, and knowledgeable. The work was done accurately.
