Easy and quick. Jason was great to work with Jason did a great job and I’m very happy with the service. The only issue was at checkout — there was a delay with processing a 2% fee through the warranty company, which caused over an hour wait. Long wait to get car serviced. Dealership complained about having to Uber me. People shouldn't have to wait over a week to get their car repaired.

I was looking for a Jeep for about a month, I found the one I wanted at Ziegler Jeep, but when I got there, the price was dramatically higher on the Jeep, because of extras they installed, but did not advertise. To make a long story short, the jeep was still worth the price they were asking, we worked out a deal, the three gentlemen that I worked with at the dealership, we're very personable, friendly, and accommodating. I love my Jeep, I would not hesitate to go back to Ziegler Jeep.

Everything was great until I had to pick up my vehicle then all they did was hand me my paperwork and I left. They didn’t fix the problem or talk to me about my problem. I had a flat tire on the way home.

1. It was easy to communicate with the dealership. Emily was very responsive. 2. The dealership was helpful, but turnaround time is surprisingly slow compared to Toyota or Ford. We also had to insist very hard on getting a loaner car. While the dealership did acquiesce in the end, we had to switch our rental out three times while our car was in the shop. Also, if we had not insisted, we would have been paying for a rental out of pocket for 1.5 months for an issue caused by faulty manufacturing. I recommend having more courtesy cars available. 3. Great selections of quality vehicles and friendly sales people. Not at all flexible on price negotiations nor preparing the vehicle after purchase. They literally did not want to take the cost down 1k but as a woman purchasing alone that’s somewhat expected. Purchased a hybrid summit and it would have been nice if they would have at least charged it.

This dealership is a a bunch of thieves they should be named at Stealers, they robbed me by selling a car at inflated prices without full disclosure they even stole a parts when I took my car for service - stay away from them

This is not the first time I've had issues at Ziegler. My chair was puncture by one of the mechanics. Management did not hesitate to fix it. N

Started out great! Worked out a nice deal on a used ram. Unfortunately when it came time to get the "we owe" work done it was a disaster. Very dissapointed in the service department/communication internally as well as with me. Told me everything was taken care of and it wasn't. Had to go somewhere else to get the vehicle fixed/safe to drive. When I brought paperwork/receipt in they wouldn't reimburse me or compensate anything. Greated and welcomed, gave me all the information I needed. I was disappointed thought my daughter paid a lot for Free Oil Changes…. It was a big warranty $$$$ cost but your people did everything they could to make my visit well.

I was not told about the dings in my car and I was pressured to buy the seat protectors and the lo jack. I tried to cancel and they said it was too late. There was also white paint on my headlights like they fixed a dent. I waited over a hour for the finance person. I wish I went to another dealer. I feel ripped off. My sales person said all used cars come with dings and scratches. I've always bought used cars without dings and dents on them.

Took awhile to get my Jeep looked at, but she’s running better than ever.

I have been a customer for over 20 years. I bought my first car and second car from this dealership. From the moment I arrive, I'm always greeted. The staff have been nothing but great to work with. I have been working with Emily for some quite time now. Not only is she a great asset to the company but she gets back to you in a timely manner. She also has a smile and a positive attitude, which is how I want to be greeted when I arrive. People like Emily are why I keep coming back.

Service department is awful. Director of service Curt doesn't keep his word and his whole service department doesn't solve problems. They create problems and fix things half way. I have multiple issues with there workmanship. They swear up and down that they have the best mechanics. Nope. There is not one union or master ram certified mechanic there. Ask them to see certificates and certification of the mechanic that's working on your vehicle. They can't produce it. They can't even call you to give you a daily or weekly update. Firestone is better then Zeigler ...

Been having an issue for almost a year now and still hasn’t been fixed or resolved

I went in because I had oil leaking from my 2021 Jeep grand Cherokee. They charged me $190 for a diagnosis and told me when they looked at the oil filter housing it had a really big crack in it that was causing the leak. I was quoted $1,700 to fix it and an additional few hundred for other fluid replacements. I then took my Jeep to another service center to get a quote there and was told there was no crack in the oil filter housing, but a gasket had given out due to what sounded like a manufacturer defect. Jason was very personable and helpful when I took my car in for a check engine light being on. He let me know exactly what was going on, set me up with a rental, and I was out of there in about 30 minutes. The text updates were so convenient! I love that I didn't have to wait for phone calls for updates. When I went to pick up my car, Jason was there and helped me right away to get me checked out, and on my way!
