Ever since I received delivery of my Dodge RAM 1500 2022 model in March 2023, I have experienced only the best, warm, helpful support from Emily, Marc Keenan, Andrea Rodelli (sorry my spelling isn’t quite right), and everyone else at Zeigler. I always arrive expecting the best from them, and I am never disappointed!🥰

We've purchased 2 jeeps over the years from Zeigler of Schaumburg. Both have been excellent vehicles. We purchased very comprehensive extended warranty service contracts on both vehicles. We took our 2018 jeep in because it was making a strange noise the service department determined what the problem was and made the repairs all were covered by the warranty plan. We've been very pleased with the service department and this dealership.

I've owned a Jeep since 2003 - a Liberty that I drove for 17 years. When I traded it, it still ran great! Now I have a 2020 Compass that I really like!

Overall, it was a very pleasant dealership. You can sense that the employees all have a good relationship. Most dealerships aren't as pleasant. The leasing process was smooth; we were told what was happening step by step. All in all, it was a fantastic experience.

Carlos took the information he needed for my new tires. Mechanics checked the engine area and discovered that the engine mounts were cracked and needed to be replaced. Carlos arranged for an Uber driver to take me home and pick me up when the car was completed.

Was a pleasure working with all of the associates at Schaumburg Zeigler. Everyone was very friendly. We especially liked Marco - was very genuine and nice to work with. Removing a star because I was less impressed with service provided by the body shop my car was sent too. When I got my car back, the passenger seat was covered in dust/dirt.
