Masrgaret is the best sales person I have worked in my life. She was a down to earth person wanting to help. I walked out on 2 sales agents today just because i didnt like their demenor toars me. Then was the test drive :) The top came off and we were on our way.

penastar engine has. He took me on road and then off road, up and down curbs

Steve spent a great deal of time with us on Labor Day showing us new vehicles, test drives, explaining options on each vehicles.  He was very thorough and honest in his answers.  Even though it was very busy in the dealership, we always felt that we were his top priority. 

We returned on Friday to look at another vehicle and test drove it.  We decided to purchase the 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan Crew.

I had the distinct pleasure of having Joe Hegglin be my Salesperon for this transaction.  He is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles I was looking at and was able to answer every single question that I had. I have purchased several new cars previously and this is the first time that was the case.  It made me feel comfortable with him from the beginning.  During the negotiation part, he was not pushy but again made me feel comfortable and helped me understand each part and we agreed on a price.

My first impression with the dealership was with Erica M online ad she was very knowledgeable as well, friendly and was excited to have my business.

I was greeted in the parking lot by Margaret, where she asked if i needed any help.  Great first impression.  I already knew the stock # of the vehicle I wanted to purchase.  (researching on line)  Her knowledge of the vehicle was very impressive.  The vehicle was just as it was described on line.  The test drive was smooth.  The wife likes the door lock safety features and also the blind spot indicator warning.  My experience with this dealership has just been wonderful.  The chrysler brand has always intriqued me, having the fact that I own a Ford.

I appericate the quick service given today. I was down the street looking at a car and I was not even approached by a salesperson. I walked the lot looking at the cars and then stopped at the 2011 Charger and the salesperson Velko Tuhchiev came out and asked if I had questions. I then asked him what the incentives were and he got the info , within seconds... We talked for a sec and then took the Charger Rallye for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the car showing me the car's features. We went and got some gas and then got to see the mopar muscle at work. I am impressed with the dealership here and there service.... so know I am a proud owner of the Charger Rallye ...... //

Let me start by saying, I drove three and a half hours to view a 2011 Mustang GT 5.0 at Ziegler. When I arrived, I was greeted by Damian, a very friendly and helpful sales associate at the dealership. The dealership was extremely accomodating!  The vehicle I came to look at was more than 15 minutes away and when I voiced interest in the car.  They ended up having another sales associate bring the car in on his time off.  By going the extra mile, they made my experience that much better and truly made me feel like they wanted my business.  The car arrived before we were even done looking through the paper work.  Needless to say after viewing the vehicle and having great quick service I ended up buying the 2011 Mustang GT 5.0 from Ziegler, and I couldn't be happier.

Bob Bauer is quite a Salesmen.  He has quite a bit of knowledge about Jeeps which orginally we came to test drive and we did.  I was pleased to finally prove that Jeeps do not drive like trucks !!!!  However, when we went in  the showroom to discuss numbers etc. both my husband and I fell in Love with the Chrysler 200!!

We felt that Bob & this dealership would not steer us wrong and purchased it right off the showroom floor. Price, People & Equipment all top notch!!!!
